Powerway Inc. Names H. Dave Chambliss Chairman of the Board

Indianapolis IN, February 12, 2008 - Powerway, Inc., the leading provider of manufacturing product development process solutions, today announced the appointment of H. Dave Chambliss as Chairman of the Board.

"I am honored to accept this additional role," said Mr. Chambliss, who is the company’s Chief Executive Officer and who has served on the Powerway Board since January 2007. Prior to his association with Powerway, Mr. Chambliss was Chief Operating Officer for Visiprise, Inc., which specializes in integrated manufacturing operations solutions. While at Visiprise, he led operations through the Company’s acquisition of HMS Software & RSS Solutions and managed the successful integration of the two organizations. Previously, Mr. Chambliss served as President and General Manager of North American Operations for Tecnomatix, prior to its acquisition by UGS. During the last 20 years, he has held various leadership positions at several technology companies, including IBM, LDS and STG Technologies.

Mr. Chambliss succeeds Thomas Hiatt, Founding Partner of Centerfield Capital Partners, who had previously served as Powerway’s Chairman. Mr. Hiatt served on the board committee which recruited Mr. Chambliss to Powerway, and advocated the expansion of Mr. Chambliss’ role. Mr. Hiatt will continue to serve as a member of Powerway’s Board.
