Powerway Assessor evaluates your current state of compliance to ISO 9001 while educating you on how to interpret the requirements of this standard. Powerway Assessor is a Suite 2000 module, fully integrated the rest of the Conformance Suite and with built in document control. It also offers:
Organized Assessments
Powerway Assessor is organized by element, just like the standards. Simply select the element or combination of elements you want to assess to bring up a worksheet comprised of questions similar to those asked by auditors. Powerway offers different “template” packages depending on what standard, or multiple standards, you would like to assess your organization’s compliance. The questions in your package(s) will only relate to those standards with which you’re involved.
Educational and Informative
Powerway Assessor contains much more than just a series of questions organized by element. Each main element question contains a series of secondary questions, called the “checklist”. Breaking the main question into secondary questions reveals the intent more clearly, reducing opportunities for misinterpretation. Supporting each of the checklist questions are descriptive guideline interpretations which have been prepared by a team of RAB-Certified Assessors and consultants. These tools not only help you assess your compliance to the standard, but teach you how to interpret it’s requirements.
Analyze Status
Powerway Assessor takes the responses you provide and converts them into meaningful and measurable results. Your responses are tallied, scored and summarized to provide a variety of reports, including a single element or look at overall compliance. This allows you to focus on areas in need of improvement. In time, since you will perform numerous assessments for each element, you will be able to see your progress through trend charts.
Assessor Features
Element checklists that allow you to quickly assess your compliance to a given standard element.
Guidelines for each element to give you a quick understanding of the meaning and application of the element.
Suggested findings for each checklist item that help you determine your company's level of conformance for the area being addressed.
Tools to generate reports either graphically (2D or 3D) or in text.
The ability to generate a list of all non-conformities so you can identify where your attention is needed.
Built-in scoring metrics that allow you to obtain, in essence, a grade or report card.
