Maturity Level Assessment

A traffic light icon is used to indicate completion and satisfaction with given tasks or criteria. Corresponding colors (red, green, or yellow) allow the viewer to immediately understand the status of a given Maturity Level.

The Maturity Level assessments result in a very large amount of detailed information. This visual presentation is an excellent way to summarize all of this detail. In a reporting scenario, each traffic light could be a navigation path to specific details allowing problem analysis to be very efficient.

This approach also provides a consistent representation of every deliverable in a product community, making aggregation of maturity statistics across hundreds or thousands of deliveries possible.
