Managing Part Characteristics
Cohesia Master Specification Management tools assist your organization in monitoring characteristic data throughout the product lifecycle. During the design process we provide tools for concurrent engineering. The part-specific Master Specification can be used by manufacturing sources for various critical processes such as cost estimation, production planning, and variation management. AS9102 and AS9103 forms can be completed online, 24x7 by all of your manufacturing partners.

Cohesia Master Specification Management Description
Cohesia Master Specification Management leverages the proprietary IntelliDoc® electronic format to transform complex paper based specifications into specific requirements, easy to find requirements. The Master Specification document is used to communicate all of these requirements, for a specific part, directly to the supplier, providing a secure, up to date single source of requirements.
The built in First Article Inspection (FAI) process, allows suppliers to enter inspection results, based on the requirements of the AS9100 standard, including AS9102 compliant FAI forms1,2 and 3. The results entry forms offer immediate pass/fail feedback, and powerful analysis is provided to help you detect problems as sooon they are reported.
